How and where can I book Parking? Can I arrive without an Online Reservation?

Long-Term Parking Reservations

  • Reservations are available only for long-term parking and must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
  • When booking, you enter your arrival and departure date and time, and the system will show available spaces for stays longer than 24 hours.
  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which also serves as a tax receipt.

Arriving Without a Reservation

You can also arrive at PC COMFORT without a reservation, but availability is not guaranteed.
Online reservations are usually cheaper and guarantee a parking space.

What does “Price from” mean and how can I get up to 50% off Parking?

PRICE FROM

When we advertise parking, for example, from CZK 790 / 8 days, it means that this price is available for the selected period, but advance booking is required (usually several weeks in advance). The price is mainly influenced by demand for airport parking and the occupancy of parking garages or lots. The parking price at the time of booking is affected by multiple factors and may change over time.

UP TO 50% DISCOUNT

By booking long-term parking online, you can save up to 50% compared to paying on-site without a reservation. For discount purposes, long-term parking is considered parking for at least 1 day. Discounted prices depend on parking availability and are not guaranteed. The exact discount also depends on how far in advance you make your reservation.

TIP: The earlier you book, the better the price. Online reservations also guarantee a parking space and offer free cancellation.

What are the Reservation Cancellation Policies?

We guarantee free cancellation if you cancel your reservation before the scheduled start of parking (at the latest, 1 minute before using the service). For FLEXI PARKING, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.

Cancellations can be made online in the Reservation Management section.
Any amount already paid will be refunded to the card or account used for payment.

How to cancel or modify an Online Reservation?

Reservations cannot be modified, but you can cancel them for free at any time before the start of parking via the Reservation Management – no login required.

After cancellation, you can create a new reservation with the desired details.

To view your reservation, simply enter:

  • the email address used for booking

  • the reservation number

Note: Parking prices and availability may differ when creating a new reservation compared to the original booking, depending on current pricing and parking occupancy.

How to use the QR Code from the Confirmation Email?

  • Present the QR code at both entry and exit.
  • The QR code is included in your confirmation email.
  • Do not press the “Ticket Issue” button at entry (this is for customers without a reservation).

What to do if you forgot to use the QR Code at entry?

Go to the AeroParking office at PC COMFORT or call +420 220 114 022.
Do not pay again – the staff will resolve the issue.

How can I pay for Parking using the QR Code on my ticket?

Simply scan the QR code on the front of your parking ticket and complete the payment online.

Where is this service available?
QR code online payment is available at all Express parking lots (P1 EXPRESS, P2 EXPRESS, PB EXPRESS), in the PC COMFORT parking lot, and at Terminal 3.

How much time do I have to leave after payment?
After successful payment, you have 12 minutes to exit the parking area.

Can I pay in another way?
Yes, you can still use:

  • contactless payment directly at the exit station,

  • or standard payment at the parking cashier.

Why use QR code payment?
This new payment method speeds up the process and helps keep traffic around the Terminals flowing smoothly.

I have a valid Reservation, but the machine charged me for Parking. What should I do?

When entering the parking area, you must:

  • Scan the QR code from your reservation confirmation at the entry station,

  • or if you provided your vehicle registration number when booking, wait for the barrier to open automatically.

If you take a paper parking ticket at entry, the system will treat you as a non-reserved customer (except for PC PREMIUM VALET) and standard parking fees will be charged at exit. If you were charged incorrectly, please send your inquiry to: parking.dispecink@prg.aero

What to do in case of a Delayed Flight?

Each reservation automatically includes 2 to 3 extra hours free of charge beyond the booked departure time, allowing you to exit the parking area without issues.

If you exceed this time, a fee will be charged for each additional 24-hour period according to the current long-term parking price list.

What to do if the Cashless Payment System is not working?

  • If card payment is not working, you must pay in cash.
  • There are plenty of ATMs available at the airport.
  • You can also use QR code payment printed on your parking ticket.

What to do in case of an unusual situation?

If you notice damage to your vehicle:

  • Do not leave the parking area.
  • Report the incident to the Police of the Czech Republic: +420 158.
  • Contact the AeroParking 24/7 dispatch: +420 220 114 022.
  • Take photos documenting the damage.
  • Fill out a Damage Report Form following the dispatch instructions.

Which parking areas are suitable for SUVs? Can CNG and LPG vehicles park in parking lots?

For SUVs, we recommend the PC COMFORT parking lot for easier maneuvering.

Vehicles powered by CNG or LPG may park at the airport only in designated areas:

Is there a fee for motorcycle parking?

Motorcycle parking is free of charge.
Designated motorcycle spaces are located under the overpass, near the Air Traffic Control Tower, and by Terminal 2.

Do Disabled parking permit (ZTP/P) Holders have to pay for parking?

Holders of a ZTP/P permit can park free of charge, up to 2 times per day.

  • Please use the PC COMFORT parking lot.
  • To receive free parking, present a valid ZTP/P permit at the AeroParking office in the PC COMFORT parking lot.
  • Free parking is not available for online reservations and does not apply to ZTP permit holders without the /P designation.

When can a vehicle be removed and what to do in case of vehicle removal?

A vehicle may be removed if

  • It was parked in violation of the Prague Airport Operating Rules or traffic regulations.

  • The vehicle had been marked with a warning for at least 48 hours (e.g., a blue exclamation mark on the side window).

  • The decision for removal was approved by the Head of Parking Operations, the Dispatch Team Leader, or the Parking Unit Manager.

  • Detailed photographic documentation, and if necessary, video documentation of the vehicle and surrounding traffic situation, was made before removal.

  • Removed vehicles are taken to the JIH Vehicle Removal Lot: Za Teplárnou 4–6, Prague 6.

If your vehicle has been removed

  • Contact the Parking Dispatch at +420 220 114 022 to verify that your vehicle was removed by the airport parking operator.

  • If confirmed, go in person to the Dispatch Desk in the PC COMFORT parking lot (ground floor, hall) to settle:

    • Parking fees at the original parking area,

    • Vehicle removal fee,

    • Parking fees at the removal lot.

  • Present your vehicle registration certificate (small or large technical certificate) to prove you are the authorized owner or user.

  • After paying all fees, complete the handover protocol and arrange a time with dispatch staff to pick up your vehicle at the removal lot, Za Teplárnou 4–6, Prague 6.

  • The vehicle will be released upon signing the handover protocol.

Vehicle Removal Fees

Removal from open parking areas: CZK 2,300 per vehicle

Removal from parking lots: CZK 2,600 per vehicle

Additional work during removal: CZK 800 per hour

Parking at the removal lot: CZK 300 per day

Where can I park and charge my electric vehicle? Is EV charging charged separately?

Electric vehicle drivers can charge their cars as part of the parking fee:

Short-Term Parking – PC COMFORT (1st above-ground floor)

  • Charging stations: CHAdeMO, CCS (up to 50 kW), Type 2 (22 kW)

  • Operating hours: daily 7:00–20:00

  • Price: CZK 300 / 30 minutes

  • The stations are primarily intended for Prague Airport vehicles. By using the service, customers acknowledge and agree that their vehicle may be temporarily disconnected for operational reasons. In such cases, charging time is paused.

Long-Term Parking – PC PREMIUM (2nd above-ground floor, PC COMFORT)

  • Access: only with a valid online reservation

  • Charging spaces: 5 designated spots (22 kW Wallbox)

  • Charging is included in the parking fee

  • Chargers cannot be reserved and availability is not guaranteed
