We are constantly improving and expanding the airport parking options available to you. Starting this March, a gradual replacement of the parking system will take place in all parking buildings and at all parking areas. Despite our effort to eliminate significant complications, you may experience moderate restrictions during peak hours. The entrance barriers and payment machines will be replaced gradually to minimise potential operational issues and ensure at least one functional entrance and exit remains available at all times.
If you submitted an online reservation and have received a PIN code, it may not be functional at the time of your arrival due to the system upgrade. In this case, you will receive an e-mail 2 to 3 days before your scheduled arrival with a QR code to ensure you get to and from the parking building without any problems.
Parking System Upgrade Benefits
If you enter your vehicle’s registration number when booking the service online, the barrier will open automatically both upon your arrival and departure. Thanks to this, you will be able to park and leave the parking building a lot faster and easier. The option to open the barrier using the QR code received in a booking confirmation e-mail will still be available. The entire process of parking and making the payment will thus be easier and faster.
New Payment Options
You will be able to choose one of the three ways of payment:
- Via payment machines by inserting your parking ticket and proceeding as instructed
- Using payment terminals upon departure, which will be installed on exit stands to let you pay faster and more conveniently straight from your car by using a QR code and your bank card, mobile phone, or watch
- Via your mobile phone using a QR code printed on your parking ticket (please note that this does not apply to online bookings)
